Per-Event Model Pricer 2.0 sourcePer-event tiers: guests, Experience price and included units, plus cost per user
The live per-event model the pricer uses. Each tier sets a guest ceiling, its one-time Experience price, and the tokens included before extras bill. The Business Model tab experiments against these and writes back with Push to live.
$
Charged per guest at every event.
Included units are in reference-equivalent and convert to the chosen product via the Catalog equivalence. Leave “Up to guests” blank on the top tier so it covers every larger event.

Early-Bird Pricing ToggleOptional promo toggle for chosen roles
Let chosen roles flip an optional toggle in their pricer to see early-bird prices (the Early-bird $ set per product on the Pricing tab). Rename it if you use a different promotion name, e.g. “Limited Offer”.
Catalog exportA versioned snapshot of prices and costs for another system
A stable, machine-readable snapshot of every product: what we charge, what it costs us, and the platform and volume-discount model around it. Built for another app to pull on a schedule — the shape does not change between exports, so the same importer keeps working.
There is no single “cost” for a product. It falls with quantity as component tiers step down, the per-order setup spreads across more units and bulk packaging is added in whole boxes. Both files therefore carry cost at a range of quantities; the JSON also carries the full build-up so the other system can compute any quantity exactly.
JSON is the one to automate against — it is versioned, sorted deterministically, and carries a content_hash covering everything except the timestamp, so an unchanged week hashes identically and can be skipped. CSV is one row per product per quantity, for a system that cannot read nested data.
Both contain our costs and margins. Treat them as internal.
New Pricer Rollout Pricer 2.0Switch chosen roles to the new pricer, one role at a time
Turn on Pricer 2.0 for a role and that role’s Pricing tab becomes the new pricer instead of the old calculator. Off by default — flip a role on only when you’re ready. Sales get Service and Retail; Partners and Affiliates get Service only. None of these roles ever see cost or margin.
Changes apply the next time the affected user loads or refreshes the app.
The source-of-truth volume-discount curve for the pricer’s Service extras. The Business Model tab shares this curve as a sandbox. Below the start threshold there’s no discount; past it the curve ramps toward the maximum.
order value before any discount
after the start threshold; half the max discount lands here
Points and Loyalty TiersExtra discounts by accumulated points
Activate the points system
Off by default. While off, nothing about points appears anywhere in the app. Turn on to enable point balances, tiers, and per-unit points.
Define tiers for partners and affiliates. When a team accumulates enough points from confirmed and delivered orders, they receive an extra discount on their overall bill. Points per product are set on each product’s Advanced tab.

Tip
Use “sender’s profile” mode if multiple admins/sales send quotes — each gets their own contact line automatically.
Email Subject Templates
When you click the share quote & share order links, your default email client opens with these subject lines pre-filled. Use placeholders to personalise each email.
Quote email subject
Available placeholders:
{{client}}{{company}}{{ref}}{{validity_days}}
Order confirmation email subject
Available placeholders:
{{client}}{{company}}{{ref}}{{event_name}}
How it works
When a user clicks “Share Quote” or sends an order confirmation, the subject line is populated using the matching template. Placeholders are replaced with the actual values at send time.
Examples
• Your quote {{ref}} from Ambar
• {{company}} — Order {{ref}} confirmed
• Hi {{client}}, your {{event_name}} order

New Plan
How this plan prices. The pool is measured in reference-equivalent units, using each product's equivalence and the reference product set in Catalog. A client's events draw from the pool at no charge until it's used up; anything beyond bills as extras in the pricer. The per-event Platform fee is charged on top, based on guest count — it isn't part of the pool.
Reserved for Phase 2 — points provisioning is not active yet.
Shown in UI, not enforced. Leave blank or use any JSON shape.
